Electronic Notarization

Also known as e-notary, online notarization or RON, is a new way of getting documents notarized without having to leave your office or home.

It is a more efficient and secure manner of getting your important documents notarized.

Is it legal and accepted everywhere?

Online notarization is legal in all 50 states. As long as a notary is commissioned and authorized by their respective states, they can perform online notarization.

While most documents can be notarized online there are some exceptions and it is always best to check with the requesting party to make sure they will accept online notarizations.

Why choose online notarization?

  • Saves you time - most full-service notarization takes less than 10 minutes

  • More secure - Identity verification analysis is bank-grade security and all documents are encrypted end-to-end

How does it work?

  • Upload your documents - from a mobile phone or computer

  • Verify your identity

  • Meet your notary online and get your documents signed, sealed and download to email to your requesting party.

In-person Notarization

Traditional notarization - Meeting in person with a commissioned notary to have your documents physically stamped and sealed.
